Sunday 24th July we headed with both Camille and Heather to the Midlands Connemara Pony show in the fabulous Mullingar Equestrian centre. The day didn’t start off the best with a flat battery meaning we were late and missed our working hunter class. The ridden class more than made up for the disappointment with Camille floating round the arena ( sand 1 has to be her favourite arena ever) to win a very strong and large ridden mares class

Heather was at the same time in her 2 yr old filly class was placed 3rd with the judge complimenting her movement which I was delighted to hear.

Camille’s in hand class unfortunately clashed with the ridden Championship but any disappointment was soon forgotten when she was crowned champion
